Every price shows the government fee and the Olyvisa fee separately before you pay.
The government fee
For a visa, this is the visa fee the destination’s government charges. Where a government charges a fee for an ETA or an arrival card, it is shown on its own line in the same way; where it charges none, there is no such line. A government fee is paid to the government and is not refunded by olyvisa, whatever the outcome of the application. olyvisa does not issue visas, ETAs or arrival cards; the government does.
The Olyvisa fee
The Olyvisa fee covers our work: checking your documents, preparing and submitting your application, and keeping you updated. It is inclusive of taxes.

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, contact us with your receipt number at support@olyvisa.com or on WhatsApp.
