Purpose first

We use information only to answer support requests or to assess and process the visa service you choose. The application flow asks separately for document-processing, account-terms and privacy-notice consent.

Document handling

When secure application services are configured, selected files are transferred into private quarantine, checked for supported format and malware, and made available only to the verified account that owns them after the scan passes. They are not public and permanent document links are not used.

Retention and deletion

The account shows an approved retain-until date when one applies. Until the legal and operations schedule is approved, it says that the schedule is pending rather than inventing a date. A deletion request is tracked and remains subject to an applicable legal hold or retention duty.

If you ask us to notify you when we open for your country, we store your email or phone encrypted for one year, only for that notice, then delete it.
